The foundation is one of the most important aspects of any home,

Since 1968 I have been building on a foundation of experience, through involvement in all phases of the construction, zoning
and permitting processes and as a licensed real estate broker.
I started out as a general contractor in 1968
and have been involved in planning and zoning since 1969. Also, serving on town planning and zoning commissions for 19 years
and receiving my Real Estate Brokers License provided a stable base for the foundation. I have built upon this
through work at all levels of local and state land use permitting, including state water supply and wastewater permitting
as well as Act 250 permits.
After receiving my brokers license in 1978
I provided those services in conjunction with general contracting services until 1988 when I formed Cole Realty.
COLE REALTY specializes in all
aspects of the development and sales of land, I am a full service agency, serving; residential, vacation, farming and
commercial needs.
Cole Realty provides
the following services:
·The sale/purchase of property of any type
· Assistance in obtaining any permits needed for the development
& sale of a property
·Assistance with the construction of improvements & infrastructure
to a property
·Act as a General Contractor or Project Manager for any construction project, including coordination with architects,
